Privacy Policy – Ozil AI Goal
How Ozil AI Goal handles your account, uploaded photo, payments and finished videos, which providers process them, and how to ask for help with deletion.
This policy describes the data flow for Ozil AI Goal, an independent photo-to-video service.
Account and purchase data
We use your account details to authenticate you, keep your video history, record purchases and manage your credit balance. Payment providers process payment details through their checkout pages. We store purchase references and fulfillment records rather than full card details.
Your uploaded photo
Selecting a photo prepares a resized version in your browser. Submitting a generation sends the prepared portrait to KIE’s temporary file service and then to the video provider with our football reference. These providers process and retain inputs under their own policies. Our task database stores generation settings, the prompt, provider task identifiers, status and credit records; it does not store uploaded portrait bytes.
Only upload an image you have permission to use. Do not upload private documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
Finished videos
Completed videos are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Playback and download requests require the account that owns the task. You can download a local copy. Contact support through the ticket section of your account to request help with deletion or your personal data.
Cookies and diagnostics
Authentication uses cookies to keep your session. If optional analytics or support integrations are enabled by the operator, they may process browser or usage data. The product template does not enable the previous site’s analytics identifiers.
Your choices
You can replace or remove a photo before submission. For account access, deletion or privacy questions, use the support tickets in your account. Third-party processing and published copies you share elsewhere are subject to those services’ policies.
